Our 90-day money-back guarantee

If your finished song does not feel right, you may request a refund within 90 days of confirmed payment. You may ask for your included revision first, but you do not have to; requesting a revision does not shorten the 90-day window.

How to request a refund

Open your private order page from your order email and choose “Request a refund.” Tell us what did not feel right so our team can review the request. If you cannot access that page, reply to the order email from the address used at checkout.

What happens next

We review requests individually and, when approved, return the payment to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee for the original digital song order.

Included revision

Every standard song includes one revision for details such as lyrics, pronunciation, or tone. A request for a different recipient or an entirely new story may require a new order.

Optional extras

Any optional extra is shown and paid for separately before purchase. Its eligibility is displayed at checkout and does not change the guarantee for your original song.
