Your draft stays with you

Your answers are stored in this browser’s local storage, and your optional photo is stored in IndexedDB. Drafts expire after 30 days when the site is next opened. Before checkout, your memories are not submitted to our servers. Anyone with access to this browser may be able to view your draft. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the local draft.

What happens at checkout

We receive your email, the memories you share, your song preferences, and your optional cover photo to fulfill your order. Stripe processes your payment; we do not receive your full card number. Supabase stores order information and private files. Vercel hosts the site. We use Google’s music generation API to create your song from the relevant story details, without sending your order email as part of the music prompt. Our email provider delivers order messages.

Your song and sharing

Your tribute is not listed in a public directory. Listening and management links contain private access tokens. Anyone with a listening link can access the song and lyrics; keep your order-management link private. Song download URLs expire after a short time and can be refreshed by opening the order page again.

Reviews and photos

We do not publish your story, photo, song, or feedback as marketing material without your permission. Illustrative examples and design previews are labeled. Customer reviews must be verified and approved for publication.

Retention and requests

We keep paid order information and deliverables as needed to fulfill and support your purchase, and payment records as required for accounting. No indefinite or lifetime hosting promise is made. You can request access, corrections, or deletion by replying to an order email. Some transaction information may need to be retained for accounting or disputes. Your local browser data can be cleared independently.

Essential storage

The site uses an essential session cookie for secure order access and local browser storage for your draft. There is no marketing subscription created by entering your email. Third-party payment services may use their own essential cookies and fraud-prevention tools during checkout.

This site is in prelaunch while payment, generation, and delivery are being tested. Checkout remains closed during setup.
